He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Heather Campbell (Matthew), Sarah Brum (Eric), Allison Welch (Tyler), Amy Wong (Michael), Adam Demers (Ajla) and Alicia Demers; his former wife Wendy Rush (Hill); his parents-in-law, Rodney and Stella Burnham; his siblings, Betty Anne Behrns (Ken) and David Rush (Melanie); and his brother-in-law Dan Burnham (Carol). He is also survived by good friends, and quality time with his wife, his daughters, their families, and his stepchildren.
