He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Playford and Molly Playford. He is survived by: his siblings, Penny (David) and James (Trudie); his nephews, Chris, Jeff and Michael; his niece Lisa; his brother Meals; and his friend David.
In pre-covid times, he enjoyed gatherings, the bigger the better, and would regularly bring treats from his favourite eatery, "Timmie's".
