“My sincere condolences to the Hatashima family. I met John & Joan a few years ago when I moved into the same condo, both were so warm and welcoming. When I told them I had family in Japan they often wanted to know how they were doing and were always interested to see pictures. They took me a few times to celebrate Japanese New Year, it was sad not to be able to continue this because of the virus. Joan was a beautiful, kind soul. Rest In Peace lovely lady.
