He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Grubb and Isabella Grubb; and his siblings, George (Audrey), Shirley Fletcher (Ray) and Joan Eberlin (Ralph).

He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Schade); his children, Denise Wettlaufer, Gary (Aileen) and Alan (Debbie); his grandchildren, Jocelyn (Carl), Bradley Ramore (Michelle), Jesse (Vishali) and Brody; his great grandchildren, Alissa and Ciara; and his brother-in-law Bill Schade (Carm). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
