He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Blanche; his daughter Ellen Peltsch (Tom) of Port Elgin; his brothers, Bill MacKay (Barbara) and Donald MacKay; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn (late Larry Langman) of Rednersville, Beverly (Fred Futers) of Belleville, Ron Redner (Laura) of Kelowna, BC, Gord Redner (Lynda) of Belleville, Margaret (John Anderson) of Vernon, BC, Sylvia (Jack Broad) of Toronto and Joy; and his cousin John Walker.
He is survived by: his children, Don (Christine) of Windsor, Bob (Debbie) of Carleton Place, Ken (Tamara) of Owen Sound and Linda MacKay of Waterloo; his grandchildren, Jaime-Lynn (Karl), Melissa (Darren), Lindsay, Alicia, Craig (Lindsay), Kevin (Jessica), Sarah (Dan) and Jesse (Taia); his great grandchildren, Logan, Spencer, Violet, Claire, Carson, Kyran, Liam, Kade, Veronica, Sabrina, Molly, Ryker, Mae, James and Luke; his brother Harry MacKay (Margaret) of Ottawa; his siblings-in-law, Jim Redner (Mary) of Ottawa, Eleanor (David Austin) of Grand Rapids, MI and Mary (Dick Todd) of Peterborough; his nieces and nephews, Bill (Cory), Peggy, David, Valerie (Don), Michael and Robin (Colleen); and his cousins, Rita Carriere, Ken Burgess (Mary), Shirley Langford-MacKay (Bob), Bruce MacKay (Yvonne), Bob Walker (Edna), Dan Walker (Judy), Cora Flagler and Andy Walker (Terri). He is also survived by Dad and Mom had a lot of friends.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
