He was predeceased by: his former wife Grace (Taylor); his grandson Alexander; and his stepson John Emery. He is survived by: his daughters, Janice Willwerth (Andy van der Velden) and Dr. Carolyn Machan (Don Rudolph); his grandchildren, Emily (Paul), Isaac and Owen Rudolph; his stepchildren, Christine Gillespie (Jamie Coatsworth) and George Emery; and his stepgrandchildren, Peter, Matthew, Joesph, Georgia, Meredith, Jack and Scarlet.
