He is survived by: his wife Dawna; his daughters, Lisa, Allison and Susan; his sisters, Heather and Janet; his siblings-in-law, Lois, Joan, John and Doug; and his grandchildren, Foster, Hunter, Dallas, Alana, Natalie and Seth.
