He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth; his children, Edward (Ted) and Richard (Laurraine); his sister Barbara (Wright); his daughter Diana (Dave Stock); his siblings-in-law, Jim Kaufman, Cathy Kaufman, Nancy MacAlpine (Ken), John Kaufman and Edgar Wright; and his daughter Suzanne.
