He was predeceased by: his parents, Abram Flaming and Elizabeth Flaming; his sister Anne Konrad; his brother-in-law Abe; his brother Jake; his sister-in-law Elfrieda; his sister Betty Konrad; and his brothers-in-law, George and Peter Janzen.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Janzen; his sons, Ron, Don, Allen and Rob; and his sister-in-law Betty Janzen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
