She was predeceased by: her husband Steve Hornyak. She is survived by: her children, Stephen Hornyak (Eva) and Helen Dunat; her grandchildren, Teresa Dunat, Curtis Dunat (Laura), Stephanie Hornyak and Doug Hornyak (Robyn); and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Alexandra, Curtis and Amelia.
