He was predeceased by: his son Douglas; his parents, Alfred Martin and Irene Martin; and his brothers, Lester, Howard, Orlan, Art and Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his daughter Sheri (Rob); his grandchildren, Kayla, Laura, Bobby Soosaar (McKenzie) and Samantha Andres; and his great grandchild Noah Andres. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
