He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Erna Berlet (Mohr); his children, Timothy Berlet (Sherry), Christine Pfeiffer (Mike) and Sandra Berlet; his grandchildren, April Pfeiffer, Dayna Pfeiffer (Mike Davidson), Aaron Berlet-Kuntz and Jessica Berlet-Kuntz; his great grandchildren, Logan, Shannon and Hillary; his stepgrandchildren, Keyvan (Christina), Khrysteen (Stewart) and Kathleen; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Isaiah, Quentin and Elijah.

Donations to the St. Mary's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
