He was loved and cherished by many people including: his friend Catherine Sims; his parents, Krystyna Price and Edward Urbaniak; his sibling Thomas (Nijole Urbaniak); his parents-in-law, Grace Sims and Howard Sims; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Sims (Donald Brebner) and Harvey (Kathleen Sims); his niece Stacey (Ben Smith); his nephew Jason Sims; and also, Jasia Baran-Maguire (Al Maguire), Kevin and Ryan.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Grand River Hospital Foundation, St. Mary's Hospital, Cardiac Care Unit or Diabetes Canada may be made.
