George Klassen Obituary

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved George Klassen of Waterloo, Ontario, who passed away, on April 10, 2021. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Klassen and Bertha Klassen; and his stepfather Frank Wieler. He is survived by: his siblings, Art Klassen (Patricia), Herb Klassen (Darlene), Fred Klassen (Laurel), Helmi Wiebe (John), Alice Abbott (Doug) and Agi Freeman (Al); his stepbrother Theo Wieler; his friend Mike Doornekamp; and his children, Alyssa and Bob. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

At George's request cremation has taken place, due to covid restrictions no formal service has been planned.

As expressions of sympathy, and in lieu of flowers, donations to Grand River Hospital, Renal Department would be appreciated.
