He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robbins and Alice Robbins (Cluff); his brother Bill Robbins; and his sister-in-law Esther Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Nora (Maughan); his children, Donna Burkholder (Jim), David Robbins and Darlene Holderman (Larry); his grandchildren, Kevin Burkholder (Rebekah), Beth Toda (Free), Amanda Jeffries (Dan), Sarah Burkholder, Michael Burkholder (Holly), Matthew Holderman (Rebekah) and Daniel Burkholder (Jodi); his great grandchildren, Alexis Jeffries, Brigham Burkholder, Malachi Toda and Joel Burkholder; his brothers, Samuel Robbins and David Robbins; and his sisters-in-law, Beryl Robbins (Samuel) and Caroline Robbins (Bill).

In lieu of flowers, donations to First Baptist Church, Waterloo, where George was a long time member, would be appreciated.
