It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Fowlie (Waterloo, Ontario), who passed away on April 2, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sisters, Iverna Pagel and Kaye Tierney. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lyndsay Purcell (Ryan), Cayley Roy (Sean Lagan), Tayler Roy (Mike Balogh), Brooklyn McLaughlin and Owen McLaughlin; and his great grandchild Ty Purcell.
