The passing of Elsie Eva Onysko in Waterloo, Ontario, born in Melville, Saskatchewan leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 26, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Myron Onysko; her brothers, Eddie and Walter Mossman; and her parents, Philip Mossman and Victoria Mossman.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kira Onysko (Rob Black), Denise Onysko (Ken Saunders) and Tanya Onysko; her grandchildren, Adrian, Elena (Kira), Ezra and Jack (Denise); her nephews, Glen, Rodney and Richard Mossman; and her niece Marlene Ostergard.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 139 Father David Bauer Dr, Waterloo, ON N2L6L1. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (400 Sparks St., Ottawa, ON K1R5A2).
