She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Bozek and Stella Bozek; and her siblings, Ted, Charlotte (Edwin) and Irene.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Baltaz and Mike (Carolyn); her grandchildren, Brooke and Logan; and her brother Fred (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
