He is survived by: his wife Angie; his daughters, Sherry, Lorrie, Patricia and Kate; his grandchildren, Richard, Josh, Andrew, Owen, Brayden, Alex, Sara, Jaxon, Lily, William, Tyler, Lyric, Feyd and Phoenix; and his siblings, Dan and Susan.
In lieu of flowers, Terry has requested donations to the K-W Humane Society.
