He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Ermel. He is survived by: his father Richard Ermel (Judy); his brothers, Shawn and Brad (Elaine); his daughters, Jamie and Jessie (Justin); the mother of his children Sandy Bonn; his grandchildren, Noah, Vincent, Levi and Indy; and his stepsisters, Judy and Angela. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
