He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Mainprize; and his mother-in-law Dianne Portelli. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mainprize; his children, Jason Mainprize (Josephine Celeen), Desiree Mainprize and Sherri McManus (Matt); his grandchildren, Wesley, Kaylee, Lucas, Abigail and Clinton; his mother Arden Mainprize; his sisters, Beth Mainprize and Judi Glynn; his father-in-law Charles; his siblings-in-law, Gordon Portelli (Erin) and Patty Anez; and his nieces, Emily and Nicole. He is also survived by his relatives and many dear friends.
