He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford and Reta. He is survived by: his siblings, Shirley Shantz Baden (Jim), Janet McLaughlin (Jim), Marlene, Kitchener and Brian Lucknow (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations to University Gates is the family's wish as they provided peace and comfort in every way possible to Doug and his family during his final journey.
