She was predeceased by: her brother Don Delisle; and her parents, William Adams and Irene Adams. She is survived by: her husband John Herbert Bourgaize of Waterloo; her children, Adam of Kitchener, Jan Pfohl (Travis) of Waterloo and Ian of Kitchener; her grandsons, Colin (Brittany) and Dylan (Courtney); her sisters, Linda Smith (Bob), Liz Plourde (late Charles) and Pat Adams Langlois; her close friend Cara Perchaluk (Scott); and also Heidi. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
