He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph and Lorene. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Weber; his daughters, Susan (Yves) and Jocelyn (Owen); his grandchildren, Sam, Thomas, Fiona and Max; and his siblings, Eunice, Lyle, Jim and Ruth.
Delbert died peacefully with his wife and daughters by his side, three weeks after contracting COVID.
