He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Evans and Lottie Evans. He is survived by: his spouse Carol; his children, Kristy, Lindsay Koka (Michael) and Blake (Melissa Bechtloff); his grandchildren, Evie and Millie Koka; his siblings, Art Evans (Gayle) of Guelph and Charlene; and his pet Benji. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
