He was predeceased by: his father Garth; and his brother Dennis (Ruth). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his mother Dorothy; and his siblings, Craig (Leslie), Sandra (John), Lana (Rob) and Beth (Bill). He is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
