He is survived by: his significant other Amanda Park; his parents, Steven Ward (Deanne Ludolf) and Lorrie Hoffman (Rob); his stepparent Kathrine Ward; his child Destiny; his stepchildren, Tarra and Austin; his brothers, Dustin, Brad, Tim, Steven and Sam; his grandparents, Cheryl and Tom Weber; and his parents-in-law, Larry and Kathy Park.
