He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hay; his son Jake Ross Evans (Faith); his stepchild Jessica-Lynn Kinslow (Bryan); his grandchildren, Owen, Zachary and Skylee; his siblings, Jeff and Loanna; his nephews, Chris, Michael, Cody, Brandon and Ryan; his niece Amanda; and his father-in-law Bill Kurt.
