She was predeceased by: her spouse Donald Parkes; her parents, Charles Napper and Patricia Napper; and her brothers-in-law, Ken Macaulay and John Whitefield.
She is survived by: her children, David Parkes (Rhonda Naoum), Doug Parkes (Masami) and Judy Parkes (Blair Langmuir); her grandchildren, Ben Langmuir (Margaret Ostermann), Robin Langmuir, Cassandra Langmuir, Sean Parkes and Sonia Parkes; her siblings, Allen Napper (Janet) and Lynne Macaulay; her siblings-in-law, Marilyn Whitefield and Ken Parkes (Gudrun); and her child Carol. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
