He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewcock and Francis Lewcock. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Stacey Dodds (Sussy), Jenny Slack (Ted McCulloch) and Amy Strub (Brent); his sister Wendy Cooper (Larry); and his nieces and nephews, Jackie Penny (Rick) and David.
