He was predeceased by: his mother Theresa; his former wife Brenda; and his brother Russell. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary; and his children, Lisa (Todd), Jennifer and Raymond.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, to attend the visitation for Brad, personal face coverings are required and relatives and friends must register (RSVP) by calling the funeral home at 519-745-8445.
