He was predeceased by: his former wife Donna Poetker; his parents, Henry Poetker and Helena Poetker; and his siblings, Peter, Helen, Henry and Jake.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Follett; his children, Julie (Mick Chaney), Jeff (Laurie Poetker) and Jill (Konrad Sauer); his grandchildren, Courtney, Jared, Natalie Penner, Jade, Ross Hamilton, Kyle Chaney, Alayna, Caleb Ward, Ryan, Sawyer Poetker, Riley and Lucas Sauer; his great grandchildren, Lila and Halle Ward; his grandson Buster; his stepchildren, Grant Parks, Jansje Franck, Carolyn Parks, Tim Schmalz, Susan Parks and George Broughton; his stepgrandchildren, Roelien, Danielle, Lucas, Matias and Leyna; and his siblings, George, Betty Reimer and Margaret (Gerry Hunter).
Due to the current COVID situation, there will be a private family service at 10:00am on Friday, December 24th at Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, which will be livestreamed and available on the Erb & Good website (http://www.erbgood.com).
