She was predeceased by: her parents, Bhawandath Maharaj and Sookdaye Maharaj; and her siblings, Sieudath Maharaj, Deodath Maharaj, Bissoondath Maharaj, Mohan Maharaj, Sundardaye Maharaj, Kaloutie Mohess and Indardaye Maraj.
She is survived by: her siblings, Leela Chevannes-Maharaj, Lynn Maharaj, Molly Ramgoolie (Krishna), Colly Sieunarine (Harry) and Meena Maharajh (Ramesh).
