He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herbert Cole and Winnifred (Thomas); and his brothers, Ronald, Charles, Gordon, Gerald, Kenneth, Robert and Howard Cole.

He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Warren Booth; his extended family, John and Sandra Booth; and his brother Michael. He is also survived by his many friends, co-workers, nieces, and nephews.
