He is survived by: his wife Joan Richardson; his daughters, Terry Ann Gamble (Murray) and Kelly Lee Sintnicolaas; his grandchildren, Haley Gamble and Jaxon Burke; and his siblings, Arnold Sintnicolaas (Elizabeth) and Emily Eyre (Malcolm).
