He is survived by: his wife Holly (Anderson); his parents, John (Barb) and Wendy (Kim); his brother Mark (Sonya); his stepbrothers, Perry, Darby and Doug; and his stepchildren, River and Leaf. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, many friends.
Social distancing and masks are required for visitation and funeral service.
