He was predeceased by: his wife Olga (Krelaty); his parents, Martin and Anna (Furgal); and his siblings, Nancy Leckay (Peter) and Tony Makodanski (Alice).
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Csubak (Joe) and Cathy Martin (John); his grandchildren, Amy Torok (Peter), Jessica Moro (Greg), Justin Martin (Bernadette), Alicia Ross (Brendan) and Paige McInally (Jordan); and his great grandchildren, Oliver, Addison, Colten, Callie, Ethan, Ella, Oaklyn, Bowie, Rhodes, Aubree and Hayden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
