He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kozicki and Muriel Kozicki (Cayen); and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his children, Courtney, Mikey and Brandan; his grandchildren, Lukas and Alana; and his siblings, Suzanne (John), Terry and Mark (Bonnie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
