He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie and Jack; and his wife Shelia. He is survived by: his girlfriend Lynne Hiebert; his sons, Michael (Vicki) and Jamie (Julia); his grandchildren, Jessica, Chelsea, Brittany and Josh; and his sisters, Jackie Cummings (late Doug), Janet Knight (Tom) and Darlene Connick (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
