She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Lewis and Patricia Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Paul; her children, Jacquie MacCormack (Justin Vanpaassen) and Brian; her siblings, Peggy Peach (Greg), Tom Lewis (Christine), Ken Lewis (Brenda), Heather Campbell (Bill) and Mark MacCormack; her parents-in-law, Dan and Colleen MacCormack; and her caregiver Cheryl Reid. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
