She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Bennett; and her brothers, David and Chum Hammond. She is survived by: her children, Allan, Howard (Sue) and Susan (Mike); her grandchildren, Tim, Ryan, Kimberly, Elaine, Matthew and Michael; and her great grandchildren, Ethan, Payton, Courteney, Justin, Logan and Viola. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home Chapel (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Canadian Cancer Society.
