He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Mathers and Betty Mathers; his in-laws, Lyle and Edna Wood; his brother Roy; and his siblings-in-law, Diana, Lorne, Pat, Jack and Doug.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Tammy (Lynn) and Michael (Amanda); his grandchildren, Abby, Carly, Sophie, Natalie and Liam; his siblings, Danny (Jan), Susan, Ruthanne, Ron (Cheryl), Bruce, Kim, Albert and Lloyd (Sandra); and his in-laws, Jim (Deb), Brian, Tom (Candy) and Kim.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Waterford Royal Canadian Legion Branch #123 (223 Nichol St W, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0).
