She was predeceased by: her parents, Doreen Giles-Persall and Percy Valley; her stepfathers, Bill Giles and Cliffe Persall; and her brother Doug Valley.
She is survived by: her husband Garry; her children, Jennifer (Dennis), Jamie (Jessica) and Geoff (Kristin); her grandchildren, Ricky, Dylan (Jen), Ryleigh, Sydney and Mackenzie; her sister Sharon Scott (Dan); and her mother-in-law Nellie Dew. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
