He is survived by: his wife Susan (Redmond); his children, Julia McGowan (Stephen) and Ben Chmiel (Cassie); his grandchildren, DziaDzia of Connor, Jude, Heidi and Maximilian; his siblings, Pat Carvalho (late Jack), Susan Osborne (Martin) and Carol Chambers (Ted); and his siblings-in-law, Brian Redmond (Jane), Jane Ramer-Redmond (Sandy), Cathy Szak (Paul) and Mark Redmond.
