He was predeceased by: his wife Audrey (Wyman); his parents, Jan and Aukje; and his sister Ann Stevens (Fred). He is survived by: his children, Chris, Ken and Lisa Jarvis (Jade); his grandchildren, Elena, Samuel Malcolm and Morgan; and his siblings, Sophie Oosterhof (Gord), Jean Soeting (late Ralph), Vic (Linda) and Simon (Dianne). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Masks and social distancing are required.
