He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burtch and Melba Burtch (Westbrook); and his brother Norman (Marion). He is survived by: his wife Joy Burtch (Wilson); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Branch (Laurie), Linda Mitchell (Alf) and Ted Wilson (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
