She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Mark (Kathy), Marlene (Larry), Susan (Rick) and Jeffrey; her grandchildren, Carrie, Tania, Chalyce (Lance), Amber (Cody), Justin (Jess), Katie (Chris), Marsha and Brett (Leslie); and her great grandchildren, Michael, Braedon, Zack, Kristofer, Celina, Seth, Ethan, Cole, Mindy and Heidi.

In lieu of flowers, Helen requested donations be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
