He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Norma; his children, Sandra, Art Wright, Sharon, Bruce Wells, Shelley and Darryl Hagan; his grandchildren, Rachel, Kurtis Morris, Nathan Wells (Stephanie Nesbitt), Kaitlyn, Edrianne Caragay and Charlotte Morris; his siblings, Arlene and Peter Thiessen; and his siblings-in-law, Marion and Lawrence Smith. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbours, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Thompson-Mott Funeral Home Chapel (62 Main St N, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Waterford Community Church (726 Thompson Rd E, Waterford, ON N0E1Y0). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waterford Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the SickKids Foundation, Toronto, Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice, or Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF Ontario) would be greatly appreciated.
