He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Pike and Elva Pike; and his brother Irvin Pike. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Sykes); his daughters, Kimberly Pike, Sherry Ellingham (Steve) and Laura Follington (James); his grandchildren, Sarah, Serina, Dominic (Taylor), Nicholas (Rebecca), Jesse (Sophie) and Veeda; and his siblings, Ivan (Carol), Allan (late Janet), Robin (Anita) and Maida Pike (Ken Cameron). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.

As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes.
