Douglas James Bergie Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Douglas James Bergie (Waterford, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Douglas James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Douglas James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Mason; his parents, Howard Bergie and Jaqueline Bergie; and his brothers, Dean, Daryl, Dan and Dave Bergie.

He is survived by: his daughter Caitlin Elliott (Neil); his grandchild McKenna; and his sister Pam Bergie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
